Meeting of the Governing Body Is convened Every Month and Whenever There is a need for it. All the Important Matters Like Developmental Activities, Recruitments of Staff, Finance and other Matters of Importance Are Discussed.

Recruitment of staff is done through selection committee constituted according to the Government norms issued by the state Government from time to time. The selection committee members are:

The Secretary of the Institute is elected by the general body of the educational society.

Advisory Committee comprising rich and experienced people from all walks of life help in efficient management of the college. A spirit of co – operation among management, staff and students prevail in our campus. Since this is an institution run in the name of Lord Ayyappa, the Management gives more importance to Charity and other schemes to help the weaker section of the society.

					N.V.K.S Educational Society was formed as per the provision of TNPC Regulation act of 1976. The present Managing Committee was formed in may 2008.
